cyclic neutropenia

Hi and Help!
As a teenager I was diagnosed with cyclic neutropenia but nothing further was done about it. Now at 35 I have been to the docs for tests twice in the last few months to try and explain my exhaustion, bad skin and recurrent infections(seem to pick up all the bugs going!) Both times my white blood cell count was v low so I'm now going to see a haematologist at the end of the month. Can anybody tell me what sort of treatment is likely to be offered and whether it makes a difference to how you feel etc. As a single mum to 2 young children, I need some energy back!!
Thanks
Sara
