I am middle aged and first presented 6 months ago with chronic fatigue, Diagnosis efforts have progressed to screening for CN. What other symptoms are common with this condition, and do treatments help?

Hi I am 45 years old and have cn, for 12 years that I know of, I have been pretty health, no major infection, but lots of fatique. My doctors (who are not much help) claim cn can not cause fatigue, I also get congested a lot. I tried neupogen for a while but was getting abdominal pain, and my counts jumped too high, I have done a lot of natural cures, and stopped them 3 months ago, and have had 3 infections since. I feel like I have a bad cold. My counts changing. The differnce in the high and low are greater, The other day the counts were down to 400. The odd thing is I never get any fevers. The only tests my doctors have done is cbc and diff, and checked my igg, and aniboties for neutrophils they have all been normal except for the neutrophil counts. Any imput would help. I am tired of being tired.

I was diagnosed with non hodgkins lymphoma in August. I am 45 years of age. Recently I was giving myself nupogen injections to bring up my white cells. No I was diagnosed with neutropenia. I wonder how long this will last. I want to continue my Chemo, as I will be having a stem cell transplant, but that can't be done while my neutrophils are on the low side. they are at 0.013, and its been over a month....how long will it take to get back to normal and stop being tired of getting tired? Can somebody please help me...?

Hi, My 3yr old son has been diagnosed with cn. He has only had 1 life threatening infection, thank goodness, but because of this the doctors and consultants don't seem to take us seriously. They aren't interested in the day to day issues surrounding cn that we have noticed, such as absolute exhaustion, no appetite, sore mouth constantly and increased sensitivity to touch, taste and smell. Does anyone else with cn suffer these symptoms, or am I going mad? My little boy tries so hard to cope but sometimes he just sleeps and cries all day. Can anyone suggest anything to help as he starts school in September and I don't know how he will manage a whole day there!

Hi,
I have a 2 year old boy who was diagnosed earlier this year with cyclic neutropenia. He has had a good summer. If we can share any info, support would be good.
