My 2 yr old was diagnosed with having Job Syndrome. From the looks of what I have researched , it is going to be long and hard Syndrome to handle.I would like to talk to other people who are or have gone through this with there self or a family member. My son is going to see a Immunologist on Tues. 2-26-08 and hopefully she can answer some questions.. I wish everyone who is going through this the best of luck! What is the life spam of this Syndrome and if they Diagnose them early , does that mean they won't have as sever symptoms? If one of my children have this does that mean my other children have it? Thanks , for all of the information that I have gotten off here.

Hi Lisa

We met on another thread, as you know my son Sam has Job's Syndrome. We've been told that with careful management there's every reason for Sam to live a full and active life. Also his sister has not got the condition or us his parents. And we cannot think of any other family members, past and present, who have this condition or appeared to have it. A very random gene!

Good luck on Tuesday
