NMO Support Programme

The NMO Support Programme has been created to assist mainly new and emerging National Member Organisations (NMOs) to become effective organisations.

NMOs should feel free to explore any avenue of activity that is appropriate to their national situation.  Maximum grant for project €5,000.

Global Leaders Meeting, London
October 30-November 1 2009

Vision: Provide a platform for a Global Collaboration of all stakeholders involved with primary immunodeficiency.

Mission: Creation of an ongoing annual global forum for establishing international priorities to improve diagnosis and management of the primary immunodeficiencies through research, advocacy and education.

Objectives:

  • Improved methods of diagnosis
  • The development of diagnostic and treatment guidelines than can be shared globally
  • Access to appropriate therapeutic materials.

Groups invited:
AAAAI, Asiatic Group, ASID, EFIS, ESID, J-PROJECT, INGID, IPFA, IUIS, JMF, LASID, PPTA.


Twinning
A proposal for IPOPI NMOs

Twinning will enable/facilitate a network of co-operation between national PID organisations around the world. Established NMOs have knowledge, experience and resources. Transfer of those can be used to help emerging NMOs reach a lvel of performance that directly benefits people with PIDs.
